Lorem Group Speed Bumps

Payments:

• A deposit payment serves as confirmation of your order; balance to be paid prior to delivery
• In the event of no stock availability or request for customized goods, manufacturing  strictly commences once payment has been cleared through our bank account
• Customized and specially manufactured products are non refundable
• Lorem Group reserves the right not to accept any returns, unless a factory defect has occurred and we are immediately informed upon receipt of goods
• Failure to fully settle balance due by the due date entitles Lorem Group not to dispatch or reserve the goods for said client.

Quotations:

• Quotations are valid for 14 days, unless stipulated otherwise
• Payments on quotations serve as a formal a confirmation that quantities and delivery area quoted on are correct
• Goods fully paid for and due for collection / delivery will be sold after 60 days to defray cost in the event of non collection

Delivery:

• Goods will not be dispatched prior to receipt of full payment and shall remain the property of Lorem Group until fully paid.
• Delivery crew are not permitted to complete installations
• Clients are responsible for the offloading of larger than usual quantities and volumes of goods, unless arrangements has been made for labour, which we offer at an additional cost.
• Lorem Group offers free delivery on all our products throughout South Africa, subject to terms and conditions. Should there be any special and out of the ordinary standard vehicle requirements, cost will be accrued accordingly.
• Lorem Group is committed to long lasting quality; we do not compromise on the standards of quality on any of our products. Concrete bollards orders will not be dispatched prior to each bollard having reached the minimum curing  after being casted, especially if the delivery is long distance. Please bear this in mind when co ordinating your order / installation /your project schedule. 
• Finishing options, diameters and height of bollards should be made clear 
• All concrete bollards will be packed and handled by method of a pallet, we kindly ask that you bear this in mind in order to arrange the appropriate off loading equipment
• Off loading of larger than usual volumes of oversized products and quantities are not permitted to be offloaded by manual labour.  This should also be taken into consideration should delivery be via a vehicle with a high distance from ground level
• Lorem Group will not be held liable for any damages or scratches which occur during the offloading of products especially concrete bollards, by method of manual labour provided by client
• For your peace of mind and convenience, Lorem Group dispatch all deliveries via our dedicated logistics division, Lorem Logistics. Special arrangements for delivery via crane truck for concrete products can be made, pending delivery / service area / availability. Additional cost will apply
• Please ensure that the full delivery address and contact details are confirmed in writing. Where relevant, any special  instructions when delivering to site should be included. 
• Should there be any changes in the delivery address, we ask that you notify us in advance
• Manufacturing schedules may be amended and affect turnaround times, in the event of un-forseen circumstances. 
• In the event of adverse weather conditions, the curing times for pre cast concrete bollards may be extended. Lorem Group communicates in writing. We do have a track record of being on schedule 99% of the time and we do our utmost best to maintain such
• Should you require any special documents to  be completed in aid of delivering to a site, please confirm in advance. This will avoid any delays with the delivery of your order
• In the unlike event of receiving faulty products, we require that you inform us immediately upon receipt , in writing, accompanied by supporting images. 
• 3rd Party partners may be used in the event of delivery to a regional or remote area. Applicable  delivery fees shall apply and will be advised on during the quotation stage
• Should the delivery route be via any gravel or sand road surfaces, please confirm in writing in order for us to dispatch suitable vehicles.

• The availability of electricity points are to be provided by site
• Relevant extensions are supplied by Lorem Group
• For the installations of bollards, the surface types should clearly be specified. This does affect  installation costs, ie; tarred, paved, hard gravel surface, etc
• All relevant site instructions is to be confirmed in writing well in advance
• Lorem Group does not accept responsibility for installations completed incorrectly due do the receipt of incorrect instructions by client upon order
• We ask that you clearly inform us should you require the removal of any existing bollards or speed bumps in aid of replacement 
• Installations are weather dependent, this should be taken into consideration in accordance with our stipulated turnaround time
• Should any extras be ordered and time delays are incurred, we are not held  responsible for penalties
• In the event of variations of quantities to the original quote, this will be subject to a revision of pricing
• Goods intentionally damaged after installation, which requires remedial work shall be charged for accordingly
• Under no circumstances shall Lorem Group be held liable for consequential damages sustained by the client or any other person due to negligent use or installations of products sold 
• Lorem Group confirms clear written lead times and provide regular written updates
• Site inspection fees may be charged, where applicable and will clearly be indicated
